Location Indore
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is a MUST
• Candidates with Zero or less than 6 months of relevant BPS experience can apply
• Candidate that possess anywhere between 6 months to 2 years of relevant BPS experience in the
Insurance domain will be preferred
• Candidates must possess good communication skills (Verbal & Written communication)
• Good Keyboard/Typing skills are a MUST
• PC literacy, Web surfing and comfort in using Microsoft office tools are a MUST
• Willingness to work in rotational shift

• Must have the willingness to learn. Must also have the desire for continuous re-skilling/up-skilling
• Must have sharp attention to details
• Must be flexible to adapt oneself to a changing fast pace work environment
• Must be a good team player with good interpersonal communication skills
• Must be Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks as well as collaborate with others to accomplish business objectives
• Must have the passion to work in a Business Process Services environment now and in the future
