HR Executive, Mumbai – Goregaon East, 2- 6 Years

HR Executive
Job Location: Mumbai – Goregaon -East
Working days – 5 days (Monday to Friday)
Experience : 2- 6 Years
Package : upto 2 to 3 Lacs Pa
· Handling the complete Recruitment cycle across all levels.
· Handling pre & post joining formalities.
· Taking care of offer Initiations post selection.
· Preparation of Appointment Letters & Ensuring post joining formalities.
· Handling pre medical health checkups before on boarding.
· Creating applicants ID’s following up for other related mandates for a new joining.
· Ensuring the complete documentation of New Employee files.
· Taking care of Background Verification process for on boarded employees for pan India.
· Handling end to end process of consultant/ vendor payouts.
· Handling Employee Referrals & insuring the correct payouts as per terms & conditions of company policy.
· Taking care of Exit interviews & Exit formalities.
· Handling contract labors .
· Ensuring timely inputs to Payroll Department before payroll cut off.
· Ensuring timely update the employees database
Key Skills: Excellent Communication, Good Inter personal skill, meticulous etc
