India Tax & Trade Analyst

Job Description:

Ensure Direct tax (corporate tax, WHT, expatriate tax, international tax and Transfer Pricing) and Indirect tax (Custom, Service Tax, VAT, STPI) compliance.  Prepare and file tax returns.  Calculate and make tax payments.  Manage tax litigation.  Manage tax audits.  Drive tax planning.  Monitor tax developments and update to all stake-holders.  Ensure that inter-co. transactions meet the tax requirements.  Advise business partners on tax impact on various transactions / new initiatives.  Timely management reporting. 

   

 Qualifications 

 You must be a university degree holder and a CA or lawyer or equivalent. Additional requirements:

- Expert tax and trade knowledge

- Working knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Treasury and corporate laws functions

- Seven to Ten years of working experience in direct and indirect tax area
