It is one of largest online portal for women’s & Men's wear, with clothing that fits all occasion for women & Men from western to fusion and ethnic wear. We are a fashion forward brand. Our site offers collections from external brands like W, Biba, Chemsitry, M&S, etc as well as its own brand- AJIO. It is the exclusive partner for retailing Reliance trends’ brands online. Our collection varies from dressy casuals to dress down denims, from high energy active to party wear. From maternity to yoga. Ethnic wear for special occasion to Work and after. We take care of every need of the fashion interested woman & Men. We also offer International brands from Russia, Turkey, Singapore, etc. Currently we offer Womenswear & Menswear and will soon be adding Kidswear as well.

Job Description

Lead the content effort for AJIO across the digital store and performance marketing channels to achieve brand and business goals.
Understand business goals and consumer expectations using a combination of your fashion-interestedness and deep analytical skills. Entice consumers to shop with us across the channels you manage. Deep dive into the numbers everyday to plan and execute what the consumer will see every minute of every day. Project-manage and emotion-manage creative, SiteOps and digital marketing team-mates’ expectations and time.
A large part of your time will be spent in:
  • Understanding business objectives and expectations laid by planning and buying & merchandising teams.
  • Balancing these objectives with brand and business objectives and expectations to create short, medium and long-term creative content strategy for the site and performance marketing channels.
  • Drinking from the fire-hose that is our fashion lines – knowing and loving the merchandise intimately.
  • Soaking in the numbers that Business Intelligence and Digital Marketing feed in and applying what you learn to constantly better what you do.
  • Inspiring creative folks to create the best possible content for the site and performance marketing channels in collaboration with the digital marketing folks.
  • Looking for the devil in the details.
  • Partnering with your team-mates that manage other channels to optimize the impact brand AJIO has in the mind of consumers
  • Obsessing about getting more and more people to fall in love with brand AJIO and shop at AJIO.com
  • Embracing trends – in addition to fashion trends - and incorporating them into our content strategy.
