• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is a MUST
• Candidates with Zero or less than 6 months of relevant BPS experience can apply
• Candidate that possess anywhere between 6 months to 2 years of relevant BPS experience in the
Insurance domain will be preferred
• Candidates must possess good communication skills (Verbal & Written communication)
• Good Keyboard/Typing skills are a MUST
• PC literacy, Web surfing and comfort in using Microsoft office tools are a MUST
• Willingness to work in rotational shift

• The selected candidates must be willing to sign a service agreement of 2 years with the company
