VP Engineering – Bangalore for a multinational Software Product company headquartered in US with its development centre at Bangalore.
You will manage R&D, Project Delivery, QA and HR departments in India, and report to the Global CEO.
Their current strength is 150, and they plan to double it in next 2 years. B-Tech CSE from IIT/NIT/BITS and MBA from IIM / ISB / XLRI / NMIMS (or equivalent International University) is a must.
Must have 12-15 yrs exp leading teams of 100+.
