GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Lead the Publisher Delivery team in India, keeping in mind the goals of the organization.
2. Drive publisher account optimization and suggest strategies to ensure that company’s publisher earns the most revenue.
3. Manage existing publisher relationships, and ensure publishers are executing the applicable campaigns so as to make more revenue
4. Balance the demand supply scale, keeping an eye out for publisher acquisitions that can take shape, synchronous with the network’s overall goals.
5. Perform inventory analysis, activating new publisher accounts, and continuously learning all the elements of the interactive advertising ecosystem.

EDUCATIONAL & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• . Min 4 yrs experience into Affiliate marketing, Publisher management, Digital marketing
• . Graduation in any stream
• · Post Graduation Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business related field.
• · Ability to respond quickly to critical issues and roadblocks
• · Good communication skills (Written/Oral)
• · Excellent presentation skills
