Role & Responsibilities
As the Lead ( Individual Contributor ) you will be responsible for
• Understand the KPI/MBO in the context of organizational objectives and translate them appropriate KPIs at engineer level
• Deep understanding of business requirements & ability to represent product to internal and external stakeholders from a Sales Enablement standpoint
• Customer Satisfaction, Tools and Process
• Optimize delivery cost & define and analyze metrics around delivery cost effectiveness
• Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
.
Minimum Qualifications
15 years of experience in the industry with at least 4-5 years managing teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, critical projects required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. Click here to enter text.
Excellent knowledge and experience in the support industry
Knowledge of product lifecycle, tools, processes, and operations planning.
Strong understanding of support principles and practices.
Desired Skills
This individual will use in-depth knowledge to solve abstract issues and assess intangible variables, and establish long-range plans.
Works with little to no direction mindful of division goals and objectives.
Effective people management, leadership, and development skills; ability to influence using applied knowledge AND superior people skills.
Prior experience with developing budgets and controlling costs.
Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results.
