Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced vacancies for engineer posts at its Bangalore unit. The vacancies are available under the Military Radars SBU, Bangalore Complex. The interested and eligible candidates may apply according to the given format.

Name of the post: Senior Engineer

Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification: 

• The candidates should hold any of these degrees from an AICTE approved institution- B.E. or B.Tech
• Their qualifying degree should be in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• They must have a First Class in their graduate and postgraduate degrees (for General and OBC category). The candidates under PwD, SC and ST categories need to have Pass Class in both degrees in order to be eligible

Experience: The candidates must have a minimum experience of three to four years. This experience will be calculated after the completion of their degree.

Age limit: The candidates should not be more than 32 years of age, as on September 1, 2015. The age limit can be relaxed for SC, ST, OBC and deserving/excellent candidates as per the government guidelines.

Pay scale: The selected candidates will receive a salary in the pay band of Rs 20,600 to Rs 46,500 per month, along with perks at 48 percent of Annual Basic.

Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test and an interview round.

They should superscribe this text on the envelope- 'Application for the post of Senior Engineer- Military Radars SBU'.

Application fee: The candidates under the General and OBC categories have to pay a fee of Rs 500. The payment should be made through Demand Draft drawn in the name of 'Bharat Electronics Limited'. The candidates under the SC and ST categories are exempted from paying the fee.
