Recruitment Data Mining Analyst (Sourcer) Oracle - Bangalore & Hyderabad

Oracle is looking for individuals with 1-6 months of relevant experience in recruitment / sourcing / headhunting. It needs people who are open to learn and succeed in RECRUITMENT as a career.

This is contractual assignment for a period of 6 months, which is extendable ( Third Party Contract)  . Willingness to work on a Contractual assignment  only  apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop candidate pipeline using Web 2.0 sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean Search, Headhunting, Cold calling and social networking sites to support the India Recruiting Team for various job functions and levels.  
  • Engage with assigned recruiters to understand the supported business as well as the recruiting requirements; partner with recruiters to meet expectations and deliver a qualified pipeline of candidates.
  • Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates using Oracle’s advanced sourcing tools/techniques.
  • Fully evaluate candidate’s background against the requirements provided by recruiter, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research activities.
  • Eagerness to learn on a Daily basis . 

Desired Skills and Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • 1-6 months of recruitment / sourcing / headhunting.
  • Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques desired.

Plan, develop and implement strategy for Human Resources management and development (including talent acquisition, policies/practices and work culture)
This role is 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% Generalist.

Responsibilities
Plan and design new methods to develop and strengthen organizational climate
Talent Acquisition
To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent
To ensure the recruitment budget plan is aligned with the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and followed accordingly

Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver within defined timeline
Good at handling multiple open positions & prioritizing the work accordingly
Experience in HR generalist role
Excellent negotiation/convincing skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented, preferably with good excel knowledge
Team Player –ability to drive consensus, leverage synergies from cross functional teams
Total relevant work experience: 4 to 8 years
