What will you be doing?
  • Responsible for defining, verifying feature/component with highest quality against requirements and expectations from product and customers.
  • Constantly driving innovations in the component to enable verify/test features which makes high impact on Customers.
  • Analyze and break-down testing of component/features into different tasks and determines scope, design, interactions, dependencies, risks.
  • Ability to estimate task effort, multi-task on various tasks and prioritize them.
    Collaborates with development teams and identify white-box and black-box testing methods, using iterative development practices.
  • Verify features to meet functional and non-functional goals/SLA and ability to identify efficient debugging techniques.
  • Support and contribute to ongoing engineering excellence in software testing and efficiencies in automation practices, tools & build and integration processes across InMobi.
  • Involved/hands-on in designing test plan, review test cases, reports, monitor field/customer issues and generate action plan for continuous improvement based on bug reports.
  • Share technical expertise, achievements among internal/external forums and provide technical guidance/mentoring to team.
What do we expect from you?
  • Experience: 3+ years testing, automation experience and 1+ year of tech leadership roles in testing function.
  • Education: BS in Computer Science, Management and Information Systems, or equivalent
    Impact Maker:
  • Ability to understand business requirements and verify them against product and customer expectations, successful track record of delivering quality results in complex cross-functional projects.
  • Tech Rock Star: Experience of testing quality of large scale, distributed architectures, especially, related to APIs, Web technologies, Web Services, UI, etc. Proven track record of testing, automation experience in one or more programming languages like OO Programming (Java), Functional/Scripting languages.
  • Good familiarity with one or more automation testing tools for unit, integration, black-box, performance testing. Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, Concurrency.
  • Practical Mentor: Tech mentoring, great interpersonal skills, strong written & verbal communication skills, data driven decisions.
Nice to have :
Tech Skills: Experience in testing products built on modern web technologies(HTML/CSS, JS). Experience in verifying solutions deployed to cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc). Familiarity with one or more automation testing tools. Knowledge of pen testing and performance testing tools.
Domain: Knowledge of Online Advertising Industry, Mobile Ecosystem (iOS, Android)
Tools,Process: Familiarity with Git, Agile development practices. Experience of open source testing, automation frameworks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop candidate pipeline using Web 2.0 sourcing strategies, advanced Boolean Search, Headhunting, Cold calling and social networking sites to support the India Recruiting Team for various job functions and levels.  
  • Engage with assigned recruiters to understand the supported business as well as the recruiting requirements; partner with recruiters to meet expectations and deliver a qualified pipeline of candidates.
  • Source candidates to include both active and passive job seekers to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for each recruiter; exercise creativity to find candidates using Oracle’s advanced sourcing tools/techniques.
  • Fully evaluate candidate’s background against the requirements provided by recruiter, and process leads using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Manage your efforts efficiently; maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction as well as strong operations and reporting of research activities.
