You will need at least 6 years of relevant work ex (some media experience is preferred but if you've worked in the start-up space, that will also work) plus requisite HR qualifications.
This is a lean mean team so you need to have your HR basics in place, and be able and willing to function in a lone ranger capacity.
Excellent communication skills (global co-ordination is occasionally required), a problem-solving approach and operationally sound, you need to demonstrate a proven ability to understand and therefore partner with both creative and business perspectives.
