Job Responsibilities: The Infrastructure Sales Leader - India, would be
responsible for driving a customer centric organization to grow sales
and profitability Focus on customer requirements, anticipate their needs
to exceed their expectations and drive maximum satisfaction. Help
Kennametal India's Infrastructure business to build relationships to
acquire and retain customers and to develop new applications, services
and market opportunities Would be responsible for key strategic customer
account ownership and business development Establish Strategic (3-year
Plan) and Annual processes aligned to those of KMT to set targets and
enhancing competitive position and overall performance. Execute the
annual operating plan including allocation of key resources. Lead India
sales activities that result in higher revenue growth and EBIT. Own
customer and growth execution plan and assign resources based on market
potential. Systematic review of organizational and competitive
performance to track success and identify priorities for improvements
Deliver sustained high levels of performance through empowerment;
innovation and learning while establish effective communication
processes – both internally and externally Attract, hire, develop and
retain the best possible teams ensuring that there is an outstanding
group of employees with a common vision, sense of purpose, and shared
values who will focus on superior levels of quality and customer
satisfaction, thereby ensuring the success of the company. In doing so,
create a seamless sales organization Provide required effective
leadership to build organization capability via proactive succession
planning and talent management. Create a performance culture via
incentive based compensation, career progression, regular performance
reviews, employee engagement and satisfaction Ability to effectively
grow and maintain strong relationship with various functional groups of
the client base and should be able to apply creativity and innovation in
approach and implementation Set and deploy KMT Performance Management
system for measuring and analyzing performance across all key levels of
the company
