• Proficiency in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements and architecture
• Extensive support experience in various SAP NetWeaver based technologies like ECC6, BW (3.5 & 7), MDM 6.0, CRM 7.0, SRM 7, Solution Manager (4.0, 7.01 & 7.1), PI 7.1 / XI, GTS etc.
• Experience in implementing New dimensional SAP NW based-products & technology like SAP Solution Manager 7.1, SAP GTS 7.1, SAP NFE 1.0, TREX 7.1 on AIX/Oracle/DB2
• Experience in NetWeaver products with both ABAP and Java usage types
• Implementation of End-user Experience Monitoring (EEM) in Solution Manager 7.1
• Extensive experience in SAP ILM Area – both in data and document archiving
• Expertise in SAP System Installation, System Copy/Refresh, Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting, Transport Management [both ABAP and Java NWDI], IDOC-ALE configurations and troubleshooting, SAP CCMS technology implementation and integration with Tivoli end-point interface
