The Technology Delivery Centre of Excellence team is currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join this exciting space. The role is a key resource in working with critical applications enabling day to day operations while providing technical domain expertise for applications on Projects. You will have a strong development background, communicate effectively and have strong system analysis skills. Reporting directly to the Delivery Lead, Enterprise IT Pharmacy and Healthcare your role will be to quickly become the portfolio application expert, demonstrating knowledge of existing application capabilities and limitations while driving the delivery of development projects/enhancements. This knowledge is then to begin spanning portfolios so integration points are more clearly understood. He/she will work with internal partners and vendors to refine and translate solution requirements into effective software applications while working within budget, time and resource constraints. The individual is to have expertise in application system flow, integration methods, and data elements managed by the application. Accountabilities

The Systems Operations Analyst is responsible for datacentre maintenance and upkeep, ongoing daily operations performance and availability, as well as network monitoring. You will be responsible for analyzing incidents on these systems post-crisis and deploying fixes as necessary.

What will you do?
  • Actively participate in the deployment of company’s datacentre server infrastructure within AWS and on premise solutions.
  • Ensure operational integrity and performance along with datacentre/network resource availability and reliability.
