3. EXPECTED WORK
The Design Architect reports to the Solutions Design Manager within the Project Portfolio & Solutions Team, and is responsible to delivering detailed solutions designs aligned to approved architecture standards, and the brief of the Lead Architects utilising current defined standards and best practices. This role operates within a Global service delivery environment to provide a detailed design function to all of Unilever's business lines.

The Design Architect will have at least four years' experience in a Solution Designer role, or similar, and be responsible for designing large and complex solutions with an IT infrastructure spend of £1M or more.

The Design Architect is expected to have a strong technical background and be a subject matter expert for multiple technology domains, and have a passion for designing infrastructure solutions and learning new technology.

The successful candidate will gain a broad knowledge of the existing infrastructure landscape and understanding of the Unilever destination architecture. They are further expected to stay abreast with technology advances across the core technology landscape.

The Design Architect will be pro-active and take responsibility for building their knowledge and skills to provide a leading design role, utilising internal and third party capabilities to deliver a Solution Design service to Unilever.

The Design Architect will not have any people management responsibilities, but may be required to provide coaching, advice and onsite leadership to more junior members of the team.



4. RESOURCE TO BE MANAGED UNDER POSITIONS AUTHORITY1. Capital Expenditure, the Design Architect must ensuring that solutions make the best possible use of Unilever capita.

2. People, the Design Architect will be required to provide coaching, advice and onsite leadership to more junior members of the team.

3. Systems, the Design Architect will ensuring that system upgrades are delivered without impact to the criticality or disaster recovery characteristics.

5, PROBLEM SOLVINGInfrastructure Requirements analysis / documentation

1. Infrastructure Solutions design.

6. CHANGEResponsible for the creation of solution designs that meet the hosting requirements of the business. These designs will be aligned to existing strategy or exceptions negotiated by the presentation of a clear logical argument.

1. The DA must be able to apply existing learned techniques and strategies alongside breakthrough thinking to ensure the hosting solution meets the requirements of the business.

2. The Design Architect must be able to tailor their communication approach to the audience to ensure that any information is delivered correctly and efficiently.

Senior HR Consultant ! Nokia - Chennai

Job description

With a growing need to centralize HR functions and optimize cost and efficiency in support, Centralized HR support units are becoming very critical in large MNCs. HR Central IMEA is a similar setup which provides HR Consulting and operational support to geographies panning across South-East Asia, Middle East & Africa and India. This role would provide Senior HR consulting support to these geographies. The incumbent would be expected to network with, engage and resolve issues with key stakeholders across these geographies.  This role will also require travel and the willingness to work on time zones outside of India, to suit the supported geographies. Position is based in Chennai.


Purpose of the Role:
This role involves engaging with and coaching all the key stakeholders in the above mentioned geographies, both within HR as well as in the Business and also enabling the business to understand and implement the Global HR processes. The incumbent would need to provide generalist consulting on the entire gamut of HR activities. He/she would need to apply experienced level HR Generalist knowledge to deliver full scope of HR services in line with business strategy needs/situation
Responsibilities:
                     I.            HR Process Management
  1. HR Process alignment and management - implement, drive and monitor all HR processes to align with Global as well all India people processes
  2. Drive and manage execution of Goal setting and review, Performance evaluation, Personal Development Plans, Compensation planning and review,  Engagement Survey (Listening to you) and action planning workshops
  3. Support policy development and revisions
                   II.            HR Subject Matter Expert
  1. Acts as HR Subject matter expertise for the Geographies supported HR/larger countries
  2. Expected to specialize in certain HR expert areas and support the rest of the team in developing this capability
 
                 III.            HR consulting to Managers and Employees
  1. Performance and talent management
  • Coaching on Performance management and compensation planning to managers
  • Identifying development needs and suitable development interventions for the teams
  • Engaging with the Key Talent.
  1. Advising on global/local policy interpretation for employee life-cycle,
  2. Facilitate HR related problem solving along with employees and managers
  3. Advises on employee Wellbeing and Organizational health and Safety
  4. May act as an regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Internal Expert (IE)
  5. Handles high-touch consultancy such as dismissals and investigations
  6. Works on re-structuring, re-organizations and supports Mergers &Acquisitions projects.
  7. Employee Engagement – Understand engagement challenges for various teams and implement suitable engagement  initiatives for the teams  being supported

Qualifications
  • Prior HR generalist experience (5-7 years)
  • Master's degree and/ or MBA program from a reputed institute in Human Resource Management
  • International HR experience as well as Back Office Operations environments will be an added advantage.

Credit Analyst, Pune, 1-3 yrs

Position: Credit Analyst

Department GAC – Analytical Operations – Structured Finance 
Location: Pune

Position Summary :

1.Functional Responsibility / Domain Related
2.Provide support to a global Credit Analyst for monitoring and tracking performance of a portfolio of credits / transactions.
3.Track and understand industry dynamics and regulatory trends
4.Prepare cash flow models – model and regularly maintain structured finance deals (RMBS, ABS, CMBS, etc. across regions) using proprietary platform and ensure the correctness of the cash-flows.
5.The modelling process involves:

(i) In-depth understanding of transaction documents such as
offering Circular, Indenture, Swap Agreement, etc.to understand the structure and features of the deals.

(ii) Preparing set up files.

(iii) Writing appropriate conditions & payments structure in the tool needed to generate the required output and make it ready for investors.

Role Summary:

(i) Model maintenance process involves regular testing and validation of
models based on the most recent reports, statements published by issuers, servicers, understanding payment structures and revising the model to be in sync with expected outcome.

(ii) Respond to credit events.

(iii) Prepare internal credit research reports and notes.

(iv) Stay abreast with latest developments in the structure finance market and their implications.

Process Adherence:

(i) Adopt defined processes in day to day execution of
assignments.
(ii) Ensure that new knowledge gained is retained and documented through operating manuals.
(iii) Work with other teams and suggest methods to make the current set up more efficient.

Client Management / Stakeholder Management

HR Generalist, IT/ITES Exp, 6-8 yrs



This position reports to the Head - HR Trainer having deliver training in areas like payroll, statutory compliance matters, MIS, and other routine HR activities ,

Responsibilities:

Payroll 
- Single point of contact for all payroll related activities like collecting allowance documents, investment declarations, handling associate queries etc.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payroll related activities for both centers through co-ordination with the payroll vendor.
- Processing Payroll register and preparing all related MIS for the department.
- Prepare all data/files as required by the Finance process.
- Maintaining and updating Master file for Salary and allowances.
- Process tax forecasts, TDS certificates etc. from time to time.
- Prepare reconciliation statements between Finance and HR payroll data.

Statutory Compliance
- Keep track of PF forms (transfer, withdrawal etc.), Form 16 for all associates
- Coordinating with the PF consultant / PF officials for PF transfers and / or withdrawals etc.
- Accurate and timely submission of all statutory requirements related to PF, Professional Tax etc.
- Coordination and relevant data submission to auditors for all Statutory and Internal audit requirements.

MIS & Leave records
- Single point of contact for all MIS reports and updating all related dashboards on regular basis.
- Keeping track of leave records for all associates, publishing the same to Managers and attending to queries from time to time.

HR Ops & Separation
- Coordinate with Bank for account opening purpose.
- Coordinate all exit formalities like clearance, calculation of FFS, issue release/experience letters etc.

Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in HR from a recognized University.
- Around 6 to 8 years post qualification experience, out of which preferably 2-3 years in IT/ITES or any set-up.
- Should have at least 2-3years experience in independently handling payroll/compliance activities for a small to medium set up.
- Working knowledge of compensation and taxation related matters are a must.
- Expert user of MS Excel.
