- Proficiency in IBM AIX (Verison 5.x, 6.x, 7.x)
- In-Depth knowledge of LPARs and Micro partitioning virtualization environment
- Expertise in design, development and management of HACMP Cluster environment
- Expertise in volume management
- Experience in File and Print Server Management
- Expertise in backup products
- Experience in IBM high end servers (p590)
- Skills to perform Capacity planning and fine tune system for optimal performance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 work environment
