- Responsible for the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of HR related situations calling on appropriate resources to resolve the issue.
- Provides direction and guidance to tactical and strategic process improvements and establishing policies/standards.
- Work and partner with the shared services team in the areas of c&b, operations, training and staffing.
- Assists in formulation of manpower objectives, staffing plans, and individual, team and organization development plans.
- Administers compensation and benefits plans.
- Continuously improves hp's image as an attractive place to work.
- Lead and be part of multi-function teams on specific business initiatives
- Serves as a business partner to management and participates in the development and implementation of human resource plans to support business objectives.
- Will be expected to drive along with the business groups development and employee communication efforts
- Acts as a key advisor to senior management in influencing direction of the people strategies
- Assists in the formulation of BPTW programs and helps in the implementation of the same.
- Consults with management and employees on human resource related issues and policies.
- Ensures employee relations legal requirements are met to minimize exposure and liability.
- Supports and implements top down and bottoms up communication channels.
- Manages performance review process and timelines. Compiles Industry data on attrition, variable pay, retention strategies etc.
Education and Experience Required
- Post graduation specialized preferably in HR with 8-12 years of experience
- Ideally should have worked in the IT field or should have worked with knowledge workers
- Knowledge and Skills Required
