Job Responsibilities.

• Responsible for entering the stock data/GRN .
• Assist in inventory clerical tasks for all the requisite from immediate supervisor.
• Preparation or monitors reports based on the sales and stock depletion of stock.
• Responsible for entering of items preparation / LPOs in the ERP system based on the approvals from Purchase dept.
• Maintain the re order level of the stock and report the same to supervisor daily basis.
• Keep proper documentation of files especially for the stock reports / LPO/ delivery notes, maintain the soft copies on cloud / G drive for anytime access.
• Liaise with finance department for payment processing and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Store in charge for any issue out of stock transfer between centers or from store to center.
• Monitor sales and stock movement through the internal system and prepare the weekly sales and stock report.
• Follow all shipments’ status and prepare the weekly shipping report.
• Good commands in Excel and well verse with ERP systems.
