Business Analyst (Equity & Equity Options)
Description:
CPQi is a leading multinational provider of expert capital markets technology services. Our growing artificial intelligence practice is now reaching the stage of commercial maturity and as a result we are building a multi-location business capability for definition, validation and deployment of AI models. This role will use the CPQi AI EVA Method to help clients define their program, link it to their digitalization objectives, validate its value and ensure that the needed cultural change within the organization is achieved for clients throughout the Americas.
CPQi will provide extensive training on the AI EVA models and processes used
Job Duties:
• Understand and map out business workflows within the capital markets processes
• Identify where prediction is possible and valuable for the client process
• Support and lead the model from a business perspective
• Work on the Front to Back Office complete process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and internal team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or equivalent
• Experience with a demonstrated track record in Business Analysis 5+ years
• Must know front to Back office complete process
• Experience in Equity & Equity Options
• Strong Fidessa knowledge
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various business and technical teams, including offshore.
• Excellent soft relationship skills both with clients and internally
