Role
Plan, develop and implement strategy for Human Resources management and development (including talent acquisition, policies/practices and work culture)
This role is 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% Generalist.

Responsibilities
Plan and design new methods to develop and strengthen organizational climate
Talent Acquisition
To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent
To ensure the recruitment budget plan is aligned with the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and followed accordingly
To implement a robust selection process to ensure high quality hires (multiple rounds of interviews, product specific tests, aptitude and/or psychometric tests, panel presentations etc)
Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants with tight control on costs
Optimum utilization of various channels of sourcing available with focus on direct channels like social media sites, blogs and job sites, employee referrals and less dependency on recruitment consultants
To conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out offer etc. (end to end recruitment activity)
To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies
Manage PMS roll out & closure as per schedule in sync with centralized HR Operations team
Provide support to centralized HR Operations team for various employee management activities
Provide support to conduct various employee engagement activities
Facilitate On Boarding process as and when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA from top B School preferred)
Strong networking online/offline to leverage sourcing
Innovative & out of the box thinker to source in a cost effective manner
Ability to understand the sense of urgency, handle pressure & deliver within defined timeline
Good at handling multiple open positions & prioritizing the work accordingly
Experience in HR generalist role
Excellent negotiation/convincing skills
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented, preferably with good excel knowledge
Team Player –ability to drive consensus, leverage synergies from cross functional teams
Total relevant work experience: 4 to 8 years

Client Management

Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors

Delivery

Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement analytical and creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in opportunity identification, business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), data integration, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

Business Development

People Development

Managers in the Data & Insights practice are required to have:
  • Minimum of 5 years management consulting experience with Data and Analytics and/or Minimum of 9 years conducting sales and marketing analytics or related analytics in the financial services industry. This may include data management, business analytics, data integration, sales & marketing analytics, predictive analytics including model development, and insight generation among others.
  • Minimum of 4 years of analytical Software tools. This may include SAS/SPSS/R/Python/SQL
  • Experience managing large-scale projects related to data, insights and analytics, including ownership of the analytical solution, management of the overall team and ownership and management of project financials.
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Desire to learn new tools and techniques e.g. machine learning and Python
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed univeristy (Master's degree is preferred)
In addition, successful Managers will have the following preferred background
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Development experience in Java/J2EE, SQL, SAS, R or Python
  • Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization

The PCCG Client Software and Solutions (CSS) Organization, PCCG Systems Test and Validation (PSTV) team is seeking an experienced technical manager with proven experience in systems validation, people management, project & resource planning and ability to continuously improve processes, throughput and efficiency. Successful candidates need to have led teams in high energy and fast paced environments. The candidate will provide systems level validation leadership on Client platforms running multi-OS's, including Android, Linux, Windows, and Chrome to a cross GEO team. Areas of validation focus include the full software stack for Ultrabook Convertibles, as well as User Experience (UX) related features, connected standby, responsiveness, power, thermal and performance.

In this role, the Systems Test and Validation Engineering Manager needs to demonstrate a high level of flexibility, ability to participate in multiple areas of a nimble organization, be able to deal with ambiguity and be able to set goals and execute and gets things done. Ability to lead, drive and hold stakeholders across PCCG & platform forums accountable to deliver is a requirement. The candidate will work with developers, architects, 3rd party teams, contractor suppliers, OEMs, ODMs, and partners such as Microsoft.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Computer Science or related field (MS Preferred)
- 8+ years in a SW/system level test engineering management role with at least 3 years interfacing/managing cross-geo/offshore team(s)
- 5+ years of systems validation experience on complex systems involving BIOS, Drivers, Firmware, and Oss.
- Experience in driving the strategy and execution of system level validation for IA based systems with full exposure to the full Product Life Cycle (PLC)
- Deep knowledge of software engineering practices, software integration processes and software testing technique at system level
- 5+ years of experience defining and developing innovative testing tools and methodologies to improve test coverage and efficiency
- 5+ years of experience working with cross GEO teams in a technical leadership capacity
- Solid skills in the areas of risk management, decision making, collaboration, project management, verbal and written communication
- Self-starter, self-motivator, and highly adaptable

Preferred Skills:
- Experience validating the total solution based on ultrabook devices
- Experience with Linux, Chrome, MS Windows and/or Android based validation, system design and/or architecture
- Validation domain expertise in one or more areas; User Experience (UX), connected standby, responsiveness, power, thermal and system level performance
- Personal Computing (PC) product development experience
- Working knowledge of a broad range of development, OS, validation and debug tools
