Duties and Responsibilities:
Media Project Coordinator will participate in every aspect of our business with duties that span contribution to the sales, marketing, project management and creative teams.
A successful candidate will have a roll up your sleeves attitude and be ready for anything.
Daily duties will include:
1. Manage and track media projects; including client and team follow up, meeting scheduling
2. Assist the editorial team with sourcing and managing SME candidates
3. Planning and preparing for educational technology trade shows and conferences
4. Researching and developing leads, pre-qualifying prospects, and scheduling sales demos for the team.
5. Sourcing RFI and RFP's from the target business segment, and preparing documentation and bids for such proposals.
6. Daily research on market trends, competitor profiling etc.

Required Experience:

1. 1-2 years of successful admin, marketing, and/or business development experience is desired.
2. Associates Degree is required for the position. Bachelors Degree is preferred.
3. Strong communication, presentation, and computer skills are also needed for the role.
4. Disciplined approach to developing new accounts and a positive and persistent attitude are a must.
