Position: Region HR Manager - Punjab and Haryana. Location : Chandigarh. Function : HR for Agency Channel
Role:
Provide HR Business Partnering support to over 15 Branch Managers in the region comprising a sales force of over 200 person in the Agency Channel.
Position would lead all Employee Engagement, Talent Management. Recruitment will not be part of this role.
Drive OD initiatives at the Branch Levels & collaborate with Branch Managers for talent development initiatives.
Profile :
>An MBA in HR of the 2008-10 batch from a reputed management institute
>Experience of 4 to 6 years in a company of repute with exposure to contemporary HR practices and systems.
> Exposure to managing HR deliverables for a work force 150+ persons in manufacturing or Sales / Retail industry.
