Description of Duties
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and hiring.
 - Partners with respective business units.
 - Serves as a consultant to management on recruiting related issues.
 - Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business position, its mid-range plans, culture, and competition
 - Partners with business units to identify staffing needs and recruit talented contributors.
 - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.
 - Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
 - Screens resumes and employment applications
 - Handles internal and external advertising and recruitment
 - Conducts and makes recommendations on employment interviews.
 - Responds to employment inquiries.
 - Extends and confirms offers of employment.
 - Represents the company at job fairs.
 - Maintains relationships with CBO's and recruiting sources.
 - Prepares legally required and special reports relevant to the employment function.
 - Partners with management to identify staffing needs based on business requirements.
 - Identifies employment related marketing programs.
 - Interviews applicants for technical and professional job vacancies, utilizing appropriate technical background or knowledge.
 
Summary of Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years of related recruiting experience
 - Comprehensive technical and functional knowledge of state and federal employment labor laws.
 - Interviewing and recruiting experience.
 - Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing computer applications (Word, Excel, and HRIS programs preferred).
 - Ability to work effectively in a highly confidential, fast-paced environment.
 - Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions.
 - Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent.
 - Strong organizational skills.
 - Ability to work under pressure and to independently handle multiple projects and deadlines.
 - Strong project management skills.
 - Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
 - Interacts with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange semi-complex information related to assigned activities.
 - Supports attainment of some short- and mid-term objectives of assigned unit/team/projects.
