Senior Technical Recruiter, Males, Bangalore, 0-3 yrs

Job Positon: Senior Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Selected candidates will be working directly with our US based clients to assist them with HR and recruiting projects in various different domains such as IT/Software, Chemical/Mechanical and Biotechnology industries.
  • Posting requirements on Subscription/Free Job-Boards/ DICE.COM / monster.com etc. 
  • Conduct screening interviews to match candidate profiles and job requirements
  • Conducting professional assessment over the telephone and/or in person for skills, experience, availability, compensation requirements and willingness to Travel/Relocate and overall suitability. 
  • Conducting technical assessment for suitability to the job requirement by conducting technical interviews and tests.
  • Performing all due-diligence steps including background screening, reference checking to mitigate fulfillment risks.
  • Negotiating compensation to maintain acceptable gross margins.
  • Manage schedules for candidates and our customers and work activities is necessary
  • Assist HR and Contracts Administration in closing consulting engagements.
  • Willing to work in shifts- 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.(Night shift)
Required Skills
  • Candidates will have minimum of 0 to 3 Years of professional paid experience, working with an IT Staffing or Professional Services firm or in the HR department of a Technology Firm. 
  • Candidate should have US/ Domestic IT recruiting experience in - Sourcing, Screening, interviewing candidates; extensive use of job boards like Dice, Monster; good communication and people skills.
  • Fresher are also welcome, who are comfortable with cold calls and having excellent communication skills.
  • Prefer candidates with HR knowledge or training especially in the field of recruiting
  • Candidates should have good working knowledge of computers preferably having completed some courses from computer training institutes
  • Self motivated and willing to work in a startup environment
