On behalf of our client, one of Canada’s largest non-profit organizations, we are looking for an
Application Support Specialist. The Application Support Analyst is accountable for the analysis, support and maintenance of applications in support of the lines of Business strategies
.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, SQL Integration Services, Web
Services, Document Management. Good knowledge of SharePoint, SharePoint 365,
Power Apps, Power Flow, SP Workflow.
Supporting a portfolio of technologies
Report Writing Development of ad hoc Queries and Systems Testing.
Recommending alterations and enhancements to improve the quality of existing
products/procedures.
Leading or participating in projects to design, develop, test and implement new technical
products and systems.
Meeting with product teams to review current systems and underlying technologies.
Includes performing or assisting with regular upgrades.
Determining best fit technologies based on technical and business requirements.
Development and maintenance of documentation.
Experience in App development would be an asset.
Case Management Systems knowledge would be an asset.
