The Human Resources Manager
will ensure proactive consultation with local and international
business stakeholders to understand changing needs and priorities of the
business and will work collaboratively to develop and implement
innovative solutions that support the achievement of business
objectives. Through effective communication both written and verbal the
HR Manager will give input for and manage the organization
structure/restructuring and enhance the people agenda by seeking
“best/next practice” opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute manpower planning
- Ensure hiring according to requirements as directed
- Build and ensure a “people competencies and skills plan” in line with strategy
- Support & facilitate the Performance Management / Talent Management agenda
- Design specific interventions & strategies to retain high performers
- Develop and implement appropriate interventions for Managers
- Identify key Talent, define succession positions and implement developmental interventions Lead the assimilation of analytics for differentiating compensation pay outs
- Ensure innovative compensation/ reward practices aimed at retention and a high performance work environment
- Drive and track the effectiveness of Recognition & Rewards initiatives and implement improvement measures
- Develop and ensure the desired culture through interventions and practices
- Work with teams in supporting and resolving day to day employee queries and issues pertaining to employees and develop solutions pertaining to employee engagement, compensation & benefits, development, organizational and change management issues
- Create forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & managers on a periodic and on-going basis including grievance redress mechanisms
- Manage exit interviews and support the business in analyzing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates
- Generate analyses of data which can support business decisions (Attrition analysis/ scorecards etc.)
- Ensure the management of vendors/ shared services providers who provide services for HR activities
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
Desired Skills and Experience
- Exposure to HR Generalist activities, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, Talent acquisition & staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, while remaining proactive and flexible in style
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships
- A MBA in HR
- Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience
- Proven success of working in a Start-up environment
- Must have exposure to working with people from diverse nationalities
- Experience in the services industry
