Description -
This is a Role where the person will work closely with Engineering and Product Management and deliver high quality product documentation for all Tuebora Solutions.
Requirements
- Must have minimum of 5 years experience in writing software documentation.
- Must have delivered Product Documentation (online help, Administrator Guide, User Guide, Integration Guide, Deployment Guide, How-tos, Best Practices, Release Notes) for multiple releases of one or more Products.
- Must have delivered Training Material for on-site and web training.
- Must have experience delivering content in HTML and PDF formats.
- Should be very familiar with Agile Development.
- Experience working with user-groups and understanding their documentation needs is very desirable.
- Experience in providing content for How-to Videos is a huge-plus.
- Will work closely with Engineering , Support and Services Team.
- Will work closely with UI designers and understand screen design and flow Will work closely with Product Manager.
- Will manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all documentation deliverable deadlines.
Essential Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Good knowledge of documentation tool Robohelp and Captivate for Software Simulation
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools
- High Attention to Detail
