This is a Role where the person will work closely with Engineering and Product Management and deliver high quality product documentation for all Tuebora Solutions.

• Must have minimum of 5 years experience in writing software documentation.
• Must have delivered Product Documentation (online help, Administrator Guide, User Guide, Integration Guide, Deployment Guide, How-tos, Best Practices, Release Notes) for multiple releases of one or more Products.
• Must have delivered Training Material for on-site and web training.
• Must have experience delivering content in HTML and PDF formats.
• Should be very familiar with Agile Development.
• Experience working with user-groups and understanding their documentation needs is very desirable.
• Experience in providing content for How-to Videos is a huge-plus.
• Will work closely with Engineering , Support and Services Team.
• Will work closely with UI designers and understand screen design and flow Will work closely with Product Manager.
• Will manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all documentation deliverable deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Good knowledge of documentation tool Robohelp and Captivate for Software Simulation
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools
• High Attention to Detail
