Qualifications / Experience:
Should have a degree or master in Hotel Management or Hospitality industry
Must have at least 05 year experience.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff. Should have commercial accountability for budgeting and financial
management, planning, organizing and directing all hotel services including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservations),
food and beverage operations, and housekeeping.
Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;
3. Promoting and marketing the business;
4. Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;
5. Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies;
6. Recruiting, training and monitoring staff;
7. Planning work schedules for individuals and teams;
8. Dealing with customer complaints and comments;
9. Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly;
10 Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;
11 Dealing with contractors and suppliers;
12 Ensuring security is effective;
13 Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
