We urgently require professional office Receptionist to work at our office.
Post: RECEPTIONIST (female)
Nationality: Maldivian only
Salary & Allowances: Mvr.3000/- per month.
Allowance: Mvr.2000/- per month.
Working Hours: 08 hours duty per day. As per contract if work over time, then over time
Money will be provided.
Required Age: Between 20 years to 30 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
2. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.Maintains safe and clean
reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
3. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
4. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Qualifications:
1. Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus,
Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management word-processing and
secretarial support.
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills
3.Strong writing and verbal skills and math abilities.
4. Work independently and as a team member.
5. Energetic office Proactive. Professional, and flexible.
EXPERIENCE
Should have minimum 3 years’ of experience as a receptionist.
