A fortune 100 diversified technology leader. They have an instant brand recall and enjoy major market share in all the markets they operate. They are currently looking for a senior professional to join them as the Head –Staffing/ Talent Acquisition.
The incumbent will be working closely with the Business leaders in establishing strategic plans and objectives and ensuring that hiring meets forecast expectations. Other responsibilities include campus placements, vendor management and analysis, new employee orientation and monitoring and managing employee referral policy and leading the internal staffing org, creating talent pool , preparation of marketing material, deciding on branding initiatives, presentations, interviews through to offer negotiation. He/ she should also ensure best practice recruitment activities at all times.
Ideal candidate will be an MBA from an institute of repute with a minimum of 15 years post qualification experience out of which 5 years headin the staffing function. He/ she should have handled end to end recruitment process in leading Engineering/ technology companies.
