Job Description: Looking for a highly motivated person with proven design capability. Candidate should have an excellent eye for - Visual/Graphic Design- including: color, layout, user interface, typography and illustration.
You will be responsible for delivering high- quality, on brand, scalable graphic solutions in a timely manner for the global audience.
This is a hands- on design role, and requires a self- starter who thrives in personal time management to meet fast-paced ever-changing deadlines. Candidate will collaborate with various product managers for user-centric design (UCD).

Responsibilities:
- Understand the visual experience design strategy, implement and execute across the product line and related artifacts.
- Create visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including the color palette, typography, user interface assets.
- Support implementation of visual design standards and style guides for all Product UIs.
- Understand the end user context and the product objectives to design visual elements that have maximum impact on the users.
Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, user feedback, site metrics and usability findings.
- Proactively monitor trends in technology & design trends. Share ideas of aligning these with existing product offerings.
- Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-through, prototypes and red-line documents with extreme attention to detail.
- Designing print materials and helping with the production- including leaflets, booklets, posters and documents like flyers, emails, reports, proposals, presentations.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
Please note that a portfolio or work samples demonstrating experience in creating design solutions is a mandatory requirement for application. Remember to submit the same with your resume.
- 3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience.
- Awareness of the best practices for graphics, design and illustrations/visualizations.
- Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Axure, Invision, etc.
- Proven knowledge of creating highly-detailed annotated wireframes, user flows, and process flows. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Deep appreciation of layout, typography, and color, and a desire for simple, sleek, usable experiences.
- Familiarity with user interface patterns for product design.
- Well-organized file and asset management, well-kept PSDs with excellent PS etiquette.
- Ability to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements.
- Ability to work with multiple products, teams and across different level of stake-holders.
- Ability to produce design from concept to delivery. Self-initiative to take up responsibility and ownership of tasks and ensure end to end delivery and completion with the highest level of quality.
- Ability to think clearly and deliver within short deadlines.
