Lead the Talent Management function company’s Indian business in order to ensure development,
engagement and growth of talent with the right motivations to meet business
needs at the right time and place.

A key part of this role will be to effectively
work with business, functional & country leaders to understand priorities
and to match business needs with learning initiatives that will build current
and future employee capabilities in a way that impacts business results. The
focus of this role is a broad talent management activity, rather than a
trainer/program developer focus.

The incumbent shall provide strong input into
the design of regional and global learning curriculum and activities, and
opportunities will exist to contribute to, and participate in, regional &
global learning programs and initiatives.

Support India people development efforts by
providing learning opportunities that are fully aligned with business priorities
and both impact business performance and unleash the potential of employees
·
Influence & execute Global Learning Center
Of Expertise (COE) strategy, ensuring that specific India needs are fully
represented and met.
·
Customize and monitor Training and Development
policies/processes in line with Regional/Global needs.
·
Conduct Learning Needs Assessment and monitor
implementation of the same.
·
Conceptualize, design and deliver various
leadership development programs, learning forums, webinars…etc Orient &
Deliver Performance Partnership, Career Development, Core
·
Value Orientation programs to existing and new
employees. Maintain and update the Performance Management tools, documentation
and guidelines.
·
Provide recommendations to COE to upgrade
Performance Management Process.
·
Report Talent Management Metrics on a periodic
basis to the stakeholders.
·
Collaborate with business/functional leaders, HR
business partners in implementing Talent Development/Engagement initiatives for
the country.
·
Track & Analyze overall satisfaction levels
taking appropriate action to address any issues.
·
Provide additional development support tools
& processes to support businesses (ie Special Projects, Career Paths, Mentoring/Coaching,
Top Talent development etc.)
·
Develop & manage learning delivery plan in
India, utilizing COE resources, contract resources, vendors, etc.
·
Demonstrate thought leadership in the employee
development to balance the local and global best practices/initiatives/plans.
·
Use benchmark studies to ensure that learning
programs and practices remain state of the art and guide COE strategy and HR
functional competencies
·
Maintain & analyze Learning Management
System data and make recommendations to Business & HR Leaders. Upgrade
library of Organization Development Consulting tools & process and provide
OD Consulting services as required
Qualifications
·
MBA/Masters in HR from a premier institute with an Engineering background.
15-18 years with at least 5 years of managerial/consulting
experience in Training/Organization Development in an organization of repute.
Candidates with MNC experience preferred.
