Overall responsibility of the HR Department in a Generalist role and single point of contact for all HR related issues

Major Deliverables Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment Strategic HR Management for the organization Introducing and implementing various HR interventions, policies and change management Employee engagement, succession planning, MIS

Function This position has both strategic and operational / executive responsibilities and to oversee / supervise the HR Executive and Recruiter in addition to other junior support staff

Essential Attributes Extensive experience in a HR Generalist position. Ability to handle the HR Department independently A highly motivated individual and a self starter.

Good exposure to all HR interventions and tasks like recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement.

Education: BE-Mechanical with MBA-HR from a reputed institution

Experience : 4-6 Years
