Head – HR (AGM/DGM level) with min. of 15 years of experience for an 100 Mn IT Services & Technology group company in Hyderabad - a CMM Level 5, with employee strength of 3000 across India and US.

As BUHR Lead, one should have managed a business unit of min. 3000 - 4000 employees for atleast 2-3 years having dealt with policy frameworks, performance management, employee development with excellent leadership and team management skills.

Experience in talent acquisition would be preferred.
