This role is responsible for managing the entire HR department of a leading Automotive company based in the GCC.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Designing, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to be rolled out company-wide
Putting strategies in place related to HR operational requirements, recruitment, compensation and benefits and training and development, amongst other areas.
