- Leading Culture & transformational agenda to create a high performing organization through people strategies
- Leading annual HR Strategic planning.
- Leading Talent Management and Organizational development intervention
- Provide strategic support to business to evaluate organization designs & people processes
Job Duties & responsibilities:
- Partner with businesses to align the need and priorities for HR function
- Support business in building people capabilities through robust developmental initiatives
- Create an Employer Value proposition to be a talent magnet.
- Responsible for timely acquisition of talent through Talent acquisition team and adopting best in class practices in recruitment & selections.
- Advise business on people related issues, formulate effective people strategies.
- Assign guidelines to prepare talent pipeline and conduct talent reviews with businesses to ensure robust leadership pipeline.
- Facilitate betterment in individual performance(s) through performance management systems
- Partner with business to ensure regular communications embed recognition programs and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Help in compensation benchmarking and ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
- Ensure organization is compliant with employment legislations
- Drive continuous improvement in all HR processes
Desired Skills and Experience
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of relevant work across various functions of HR with specific exp. in Business HR function at Senior levels
- Experience in IT industry is preferable
Education / Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate, a Masters Degree in HR is preferable
