HR Manager / Sr. HR Manager with 13 to 16 years of experience with at least 5 – 8 years in a functional or regional HR leadership role.
This role reports to VP Human Resources (India).
An ideal candidate will have experience working as an HRBP along with HR Operations & Payroll experience.
Should have experience of managing and directly dealing with Labour inspectors along with handling labour audits.
MBA / PG – Human Resources (2 Year full time) from a reputed business school is a must.
