Sports365 is presently growing at a rapid pace and is looking for a highly motivated and exceptional candidates for its Talent Management (TM) function.
The work includes the entire gamut of TM activities. The profile calls for exposure to innovative staffing practices with expertise on strategizing TA plans. In addition to this, the profile also calls for expertise in managing the learning & growth program of the organization. Key work areas would be as follows:
- Lead the recruitment process with a passion to identify top notch talent. Optimize the sourcing channels with a special focus on Employee Referral Program
- Maintain an effective working relationship with all our recruitment partners and internal stakeholders
- Managing the learning and growth program for the organization. Also, manage the other basic processes by appraisals etc.
- Assess, redesign, and implement a revised and updated employment brand.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1- 3 Yrs of experience in recruitment. Experience in a startup a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
- Ability to work closely with other internal teams - Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
