Assistant Personnel Officer jobs at Milma

Salary : Rs. 18,810 - 37,970

Qualification : A Degree from a recognized University / Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management

Experience : Work experience not required.

Age Limit : Between 18 years and 40 years as on 0l-01 -2014

Mode of Selection : Selection will be made on the basis of a written test and interview. Only candidates who pass in the written test will be called for interview.

Major Job details : Will be responsible for all HR and Administration functions including pay-bill preparation, PF/ESI and other statutory payments, implementation of Labour Laws and Labour Contracts, negotiation with Trade Unions, Recruitment, training & welfare, of employees etc. in the Unit to which posted.

Qualification :A Degree in Arts or Science or Commerce or Co-operation and Banking from a recognized University AND Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) or Higher Diploma in Co-operation (HDC). Candidates who have obtained a certificate from Central/ State Government departments or Institutions under Central/ State Government successfully of having completed Computer courses of not less than three months duration will be given preference

Interested and qualified candidates may send their signed application on plain paper along with bio-data, attested photocopies of certificates to prove date of birth, qualification, experience and eligibility for reservation (if applicable) and relaxation in age limit (if applicable) by regisrered/speed post to the above postal address so as to reach him on or before 4.00 PM on 3l-12-2014.
