PROGRAM MANAGER for a new, Not-For-Profit in Mass Entrepreneurship ,(Bangalore Based ) promoted by Entrepreneurs
Bahaar is a new not for profit foundation to promote mass entrepreneurship in India. Our mission is to create over 1 Lakh micro-entrepreneurs, earning a monthly income of Rs 10,000 per month. We create opportunities for entrepreneurs by providing them Skills, Finance and Market linkages through a program based approach.
Program Manager will
· Conceptualise & Implement livelihood opportunities
· Program execution
· Manage multiple programs with focus on outcome based execution
· Work with multiple agencies like NGO’s, Govt Departments
Experience - Program Manager
· MBA with relevant work experience
· 6-8 years experience of managing large programs in social sector / livelihood space
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
· Business Development skills for providing marketing linkages
· On ground mobilisation skills
· Working knowledge of Tamil / Kannada will be an added advantage
· Experience in Agri and healthcare domain will be an added advantage
