Division: Plant HR/ IR
Qualification: MBA / PGDM / MA/ MSW in HR / IR/ Labour Relations from a leading B School.
Experience: 3 to 7 years
Salary: 7-10 L PA
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing set - up / Plant HR is must.
- Exposure to IR/Industrial Relation is must.
- Organizing & driving training programmes / Recruitment's/IR.
- Exposure to SAP is must.
- Preferably candidates from FMCG / leading Food / brewery / Engineering (leading) Industry only.
- Preferred Age: Within 28
- Candidates from Kerala or nearby location of Pallakad is preferred.
- Candidate knows Malayalam will be preferable.
