The Key Responsibilities would Include: 1) Interacting with relevant people (Mostly Sales Managers across India) of Bank Partners who are responsible for day to day operations:  2) Building rapport and streamlining their operations in order to achieve the targeted business 3) Getting feedback and getting it incorporated in the Company operations  4) Ensuring that all customer requests/complaints are being handled while coordinating with Bank Partners  5) Management reporting and answering queries for his/her accounts to all the concerned in the Company  6) Ensuring growth in terms of key ratios for his/her accounts  7) Reaching out to a few HNI (High Net worth Individuals) and provide them great customer experience Competencies: 1. Someone working at most basic level like handling customer queries, managing first level operations.  2. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills  3. Hindi Speaking is a must.  4. Very good relationship skills  5.
