Business Operations Lead – Procurement for ISL Group
Experience: 6 to 14 yrs
Job location: Bangalore
- To effectively lead procurement of IT Hardware, Software and related services for ISTL with excellent professional track record (knowledge of IT products /services and IBM Procurement processes is highly desirable)
- Enable & execute Capital & expense planning process. Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts and Other Rate contracts according to agreed timescales/SLAs; Manage day to day IT ordering process for both hardware and software according to agreed timescales/SLAs
- Cross functional player to collaborate with Business Finance, Lab Infrastructure team, Stores & Country Procurement teams
- Track & report steps in end to end procurement process (from purchase request to invoice payment confirmation) and follow through as necessary
- Support Peer reviews & Audits, as needed
- Maintain all procurement information including contracts, purchase information, intended use, deployments and other information necessary
- Demostrate skills on procurement domain, process management & optimization and commercial acumen.
- Very good knowledge about IT Products both Hardware and Software,Tools,STPI,SEZ,Duties and Tax structures.
- Strong commercial knowledge and person willing to walk the extra mile is must
