Live Assets is looking to fill the position of Senior Network Administrator, who, under the direction of the Technical Op Manager, will primarily be responsible to provide IT support and project deployments, such as server security, software updates, and hardware maintenance. The client provides IT support and Managed Services to businesses across the GTA and Ontario.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of related experience in IT
- Worked for an IT Outsourcing Firm or owned your own IT shop (will be considered highly)
- Certifications any of the following A+, Microsoft, Watchguard, Fortinet, Cisco
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical members of the organization
- Familiarity with various applications like AZURE, AWS, GSuite, Windows 10
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic software (RMM Platforms)
- ConnectWise experience an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- G Drivers License and Vehicle is mandatory
