Dynamics NAV, 2-4 years, #Toronto, Real Estate Major

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Navision Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of specific tasks across a range of customers in the implementation services team. She/he must have a flexible approach to work, and work well under pressure. The successful candidate must be comfortable working to tight deadlines changing priorities. This is role is focused on the Accounts Payable and General Ledger components of NAV, but will involve many other aspects of NAV functionality from time to time including Financial reporting, Consolidation, bank account setup/positive pay/ACH, external reporting tools, etc.

Skills & Responsibilities
·         Demonstrate/train the training team on enhancements implemented.
·         Responsible for the continued implementation and maintenance of the on-site customer
·         functional training.
·         Program enhancements, customizations etc in NAV 2017.
·         Document enhancements and customization into customer readable guide.
·         Assist with the rollout of customer functionality and/or modifications.
·         Prompt and accurate time entry against tasks assigned by Programming Manager.
·         Perform checks of existing Navision Application in a highly customized NAV
·         environment.
·         Ability to analyze issues to determine program fault vs data entry error.
·         High Proficiency with Navision 2013 RTC or newer.
·         Quick to learn new functionality.
·         Development experience with Microsoft development tools.
·        Experience in NAV 2013 or newer programming RTC required.
·         Experience in NAV 2017 beneficial.
·         Experience in NAV report writing using NAV or Jet Reports.
·         Experience of software development beneficial.
·         Familiarity with key database environments (SQL Server) beneficial.
·         Familiarity with Jet reports or Vena reporting beneficial.
·         Driven towards Superior Customer Satisfaction.
·         Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
·         Ability to work in both a Collaborative Team Environment and Independently
·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
·         Analytical ability – logical, investigative and methodical nature.
·         Excellent presentation skills.
