Profile – Sales Manager
- Minimum 5 years of front line sales experience.
- Should have managed sales teams of 10 or more people.

- Should be able to build a team of Agent Advisors and mentor / train them to generate business. (Good leadership skills)
- High Degree of result orientation & self-motivation.
- Should have mature personality and a well-groomed profile.
- Should be ambitious and willing and grow in the role/company in 2- 3yrs time.
- Preferably should be married.
-Age group - 28yrs to 35 yrs, ASM-25 TO 28YRS.
Industry Segments: FMCG, White Goods, Office Automation, Electronics, Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance (Life and General), Liquor industry, HNI industry ( handling high net worth individuals by providing banking services/products), Mutual Fund Industry. Direct marketing companies.
Typical profiles/positions: Relationship managers from MNC/PVT banks, ASMs from FMCG, durables, Account Managers from Office Automation, Channel Sales - Beverages & Foods industry
Salary : 3 to 3.5 Lacs ( Fixed) + Variable incentives which ranges from 50% to 500%+ of fixed based on performance.
ASMs-Rs.2.5 Lacs.
